INFO - PRE-REGISTRATION 2026/2027
Dear parents,
If you want to pre-enroll for 2026/2027, please fill in the relevant form and send it back to us until the 15th March 2026.
You can download the pre-registration form in PDF format below and send it to us by email or by post or you can complete it online by clicking on the PRE-REGISTRATION section.
In view of the institution’s limited enrolment capacity and the substantial number of applications received, which significantly exceeds the number of places available, the implementation of a formal selection process is required.
All submitted applications will be reviewed by the “Commission mixte”, the competent body responsible for issuing decisions regarding admissions. The evaluation is conducted in accordance with pre-established, objective, and transparent criteria.
The selection procedure is guided by the following principles:
- Ensuring a balanced representation of nationalities and socio-economic backgrounds, reflecting the diversity of Luxembourg’s population;
- Granting priority to children residing in the City of Luxembourg, where the institution is located;
- Maintaining gender balance within the pupil body;
- Reserving, subject to availability, two places per year for children from single-parent households;
- Ensuring that a minimum of 10% of the school population are children with special educational needs.
Admission decisions will be formally communicated to parents or legal guardians during the month of May, following the deliberations of the “Commission mixte”.
A waiting list will be established for each age group. In the event of withdrawals or the availability of additional places, supplementary admissions will be made in accordance with the order of the respective list. This list shall remain valid until the end of the academic year in question. Where no admission is granted, families will be required to submit a new application for subsequent school years.
